Building the Electrical System Around a New Space.
Thrive Fitness was moving into a new facility in North Sioux City, and the existing building needed an extensive remodel to support the way the business planned to use the space.
Trinity Electric worked with the owner and general contractor to adapt the existing electrical system for the renovated facility. The work included new electrical devices and fixtures for added restrooms, a juice bar, and workout areas throughout the space.
The existing fluorescent lighting in the exercise areas was also retrofitted with LED lamps, improving the lighting system while helping reduce ongoing energy and operating costs.
With an existing building, a defined budget, and a completely new use for the space, coordination mattered. Trinity worked closely with the project team to deliver the electrical improvements the new facility required while staying aligned with the owner's goals and budget.
